Jesus is Lord of earth and heaven

Col 2:15

15 And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.

think Matilda Wormwood and the Trunch bull

think eggs, rotten tomatoes, cabbage

and being paraded through the streets for all to see

The comparision is a valid one but has some theological issues

Whenever the roman armies defeated a foe. Their Kings and Notable people where paraded through the streets

The whole nation would have known the enemy had been defeated once and for all.

Defunct of any power or authority

No longer able to mount any form of attack

The only future they had was of one in chains and bondage with no hope of rescue

Psalm 130 God is working out your Redemption

 Psalm 130

A song of ascents.

Out of the depths I cry to you, Lord;
    Lord, hear my voice.
Let your ears be attentive
    to my cry for mercy.

If you, Lord, kept a record of sins,
    Lord, who could stand?
But with you there is forgiveness,
so that we can, with reverence, serve you.

I wait for the Lord, my whole being waits,
and in his word I put my hope.
I wait for the Lord
more than watchmen wait for the morning,
more than watchmen wait for the morning.

Israel, put your hope in the Lord,
for with the Lord is unfailing love
and with him is full redemption.
He himself will redeem Israel
    from all their sins.

Be sure I am working out your redemption

Be as a night watchman waiting for the morning

The light will dawn and will arise on you and you shall be redeemed.

Put your Hope in me says the Lord

For I am able to do more than you ask or imagine

Be still and  know that I am God Almighty

Put your hope in me says the Lord

For I am more than able

Indeed, It is I that am the enabler of men

Be sure I shall deliver you from bondage

You shall be redeemed.

I shall cause you to rise

You shall be the head and not the tail

I shall carve out the road ahead

I shall remove obstacles and make rough roads smooth

Be confident says the Lord of lords and King of kings

Put your hope in Him

For He is the beginning and the ending

Your sins will not have mastery over you

For I have given you my Holy Spirit

Psalm 129: Perseverance staying the course

Psalm 129

A song of ascents.

“They have greatly oppressed me from my youth,”
    let Israel say;
“they have greatly oppressed me from my youth,
but they have not gained the victory over me.
Plowmen have plowed my back
    and made their furrows long.
But the Lord is righteous;
he has cut me free from the cords of the wicked.”

May all who hate Zion
    be turned back in shame.
May they be like grass on the roof,
    which withers before it can grow;
a reaper cannot fill his hands with it,
nor one who gathers fill his arms.
May those who pass by not say to them,
    “The blessing of the Lord be on you;
we bless you in the name of the Lord.”

I am the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob

May you come to know me as Friend and the author of your Salvation

See you have stayed the course

You enemy has not prevailed

O God, thwart the bread basket of those who hate you

Let their crops fail, in shallow ground let them sow their seed

where none can reap or harvest.

Let those that despise the living God be cursed with failure upon failure

Let none grant them a good report

Let none speak comfort or blessing but let them be cast down to shame

I am the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob

See, I have made a new covenant with my people

No longer shall you curse your enemy

But see, now I tell you

Seek the best of your fellow man whether he is good or bad.

For I have bought back man's dominion with a heavy price

Now, Friend of God most high

Seek the best for your enemy and do good to those who hate you

Amen

Psalm 126 Those who sow in sorrow shall reap in joy

Psalm 126

A song of ascents.

When the Lord restored the fortunes of Zion,
we were like those who dreamed,
Our mouths were filled with laughter,
our tongues with songs of joy.
Then it was said among the nations,
“The Lord has done great things for them.”
The Lord has done great things for us,
and we are filled with joy.

Restore our fortunes, Lord,
    like streams in the Negev.
Those who sow with tears
will reap with songs of joy.
Those who go out weeping,
    carrying seed to sow,
will return with songs of joy,
    carrying sheaves with them.

It's time to reflect on your journey.

Ask yourself some serious questions

Have you grown in faith?

Are you more forgiving?

Are you a kinder person?

Are you more resilient?

What overall lesson can be learned through your struggle?

It's time to take stock

What do you need to change to change the way its headed?

Listen to me says the Lord

I am the God of surprises!

Surely my best future, planned for you since the dawn of time shall come to pass

Come near and let me speak with you

You are my beloved and I have seen fit to bestow great things upon you

I shall reveal my plans to you says the Lord.

Submit to me and my judgements says the Lord

For I am Holy and Righteous

I am the Judge who seeks the best for you and your household.

Psalm 124. Help from the Lord in times of need

Psalm 124

A song of ascents. Of David.

If the Lord had not been on our side—
    let Israel say—
if the Lord had not been on our side
    when people attacked us,
they would have swallowed us alive
    when their anger flared against us;
the flood would have engulfed us,
the torrent would have swept over us,
the raging waters
    would have swept us away.

Praise be to the Lord,
who has not let us be torn by their teeth.
We have escaped like a bird
    from the fowler’s snare;
the snare has been broken,
    and we have escaped.
Our help is in the name of the Lord,
the Maker of heaven and earth.

Surely, I am your help in time of need, says the Lord

I shall remember you, says the Lord

I shall defend you.

For I am your God and salvation in time of need

Do not be fearful of the times that have come upon the earth

For I am Lord of all and every knee shall bow before my throne

I am from everlasting to everlasting

Surely, I shall bring my plan to completion, says the Lord

Surely, I shall bring the full number of those I have chosen into my Kingdom.

Come to me says the Lord

Make me your Lord and King

And I shall move in the heavens to assist you

Surely my angels shall come to your rescue

They shall fight on your side

A great multitude shall come to your defence

Amen

Psalm 120. Living in a difficult place

Psalm 120

A song of ascents.

I call on the Lord in my distress,
    and he answers me.
Save me, Lord,
    from lying lips
    and from deceitful tongues.

What will he do to you,
    and what more besides,
    you deceitful tongue?
He will punish you with a warrior’s sharp arrows,
with burning coals of the broom bush.

Woe to me that I dwell in Meshek,
that I live among the tents of Kedar!
Too long have I lived
    among those who hate peace.
I am for peace;
but when I speak, they are for war.

Be sure, I shall answer you when you call on me, says the Lord

Those around you shall see the arrow of the warrior and the coals of the fire

I shall move in your midst says the Lord

For too long has discord and deceitful lips been found among the nations

I shall silence the foe and the avenger no more shall they persist in their spite

For I shall put an end to their dealings with men

The nations and kingdoms around you shall be brought to compliance with the kingdom of God or face everlasting ruin, says the Lord

For My kingdom is an everlasting kingdom

And My throne an everlasting throne

Tell me O Christian. Who is he that is seated with Me on My throne?

See, I have made you a prince in my Kingdom, says the Lord.

Submit to me says the Lord and see your enemies flee from you

Watch as I move in your midst.

 Amen

God's will doesn't come about by chance. Play your part in bringing Heaven to earth

Psalm 103:20-22.

20 Bless the Lord, you His angels,
Who excel in strength, who do His word,
Heeding the voice of His word.
21 Bless the Lord, all you His hosts,
You ministers of His, who do His pleasure.
22 Bless the Lord, all His works,
In all places of His dominion.
Bless the Lord, O my soul!

Psalm 35:27.
27 Let them shout for joy and be glad,
Who favor my righteous cause;
And let them say continually,
“Let the Lord be magnified,
Who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant.”

Psalm 35

Tell me, who is his servant?

It is the one who comes into covenant agreement with the Father through Christ the Son

It is the one who has committed to developing the Mind of Christ

To operate by His eternal values and qualities

It is the one who knows as stated by Psalm 103 that his angels do the will of God by the voice of his Word

It is the one who speaks in faith and knows the fulness of God's Word in his heart

Consider the law courts. A person who knows their rights under the Law is in a better position to argue
their case before the judge.

Tell me, who is the servant of God?

It is the one who obeys and puts their knowledge of God's Word into practice

Tell me, who is the servant of God?

It is the one who honours His name and can sing a song of praise to God regardless of circumstance.

It is the one who lives an uncompromising holy life free from any kind of iniquity

So I tell you

Come into a covenant agreement with Jesus Christ

Read the scriptures and know it in your heart

Know his angels take no heed of man's emotion or pleas or entreaties but only obey the voice of His Word

Worship and praise the living God

Speak the words of God over your life and the life of your loved ones and watch as His angels that are with you move in power in your midst

AMEN

Is the spirit of Jezebel in your church ?

Check the following video for more info on the jezebel spirit

Mobilising the troops

Rev 12:7-9

7 Then war broke out in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against
the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. 8 But he was
not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven. 9 The great
dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or
Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth,
and his angels with him.

Tell me! Where are Satan and his cohorts?

They are on earth creating havoc among the nations

Even for those of the church who are unaware of his scheming

He has manoeuvred men of rank to do his bidding
There is a vial insipid spirit operating behind the scenes

Tell me!  Is it men who pull the strings?

By no means

The grand puppeteer(satan) is in control of evil men

No more so than today for there is a definite lack of respect for the
Word of God these days

Have you not seen the signs?

Are you blind to the days in which you are living?

To the army of the faithful the Body of Christ

Do you not know?

You are a gatekeeper.

You alone stand guard and watch over

your nation

your town

your family

your soul

But see I have sent a helper the Holy Spirit

Have I not called you to bring heaven to earth?

Come, Let us bring turmoil to the kingdom of Satan and His desires for mankind

Come,  Let us put an end to the suffering and misery and pain which even now is being inflicted upon the whole world through satan and his cohorts

Do you not know that the first Adam was of this realm but the second
Adam came from God

Speak My word out loud in faith and declare My kingdom

And the kingdom rules of God are enforced

And myriads upon myriads of God's servants of fire bring forth the
demise of satan and his kingdom

Speak His Word with boldness and clarity and faith and the God who
knows the end from the beginning will act on your behalf

AMEN.

The Powerhouse of Jesus

Jesus Heals a Man With Leprosy

12 While Jesus was in one of the towns, a man came along who was covered with leprosy.[a] When he saw Jesus, he fell with his face to the ground and begged him, “Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean.”

13 Jesus reached out his hand and touched the man. “I am willing,” he said. “Be clean!” And immediately the leprosy left him.

14 Then Jesus ordered him, “Don’t tell anyone, but go, show yourself to the priest and offer the sacrifices that Moses commanded for your cleansing, as a testimony to them.”

15 Yet the news about him spread all the more, so that crowds of people came to hear him and to be healed of their sicknesses. 16 But Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed.

Are wondering why your prayers are not answered?

Why you seem to lack power?

I tell you talk with me often says the Lord

And you shall see the power of the living God work through you.

Seek me in the secret place and I shall work in the public place, says the Lord

I shall move in and through you in the midst of the people, says the Lord

Seek me says the Lord I am not far away.

I do not hide my presence from men but I am a hands breadth away from you.

I tell you reach out and take my hand and I shall guide you in these days says the Lord.

See, as you fall on your knees before me I shall raise you up before men  says the Lord of hosts

Amen
