Psalm 46

Psalm 46




God is our refuge and strength,an ever-present help in trouble.

Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging.

There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy place where the Most High dwells.God is within her, she will not fall;

God will help her at break of day. Nations are in uproar, kingdoms fall; he lifts his voice, the earth melts.

The Lord Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress.

Come and see what the Lord has done, the desolations he has brought on the earth.

He makes wars cease to the ends of the earth. He breaks the bow and shatters the spear; he burns the shields with fire.

He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” The Lord Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress.



Is calamity crouching at your door?

Your circumstances pounding you into the ground?

Listen to me says the Lord of Hosts

I am your refuge and strength

Ask me and I shall turn your world upside down

Your overlords shall be routed, your enemies shall flee from you

See, I shall put an end to the calamities and destruction that have come upon you




Return to me, says the Lord of hosts

Listen, do not harken to jezebel that great prostitute and deceiver of kings

But obey my words, man shall not unite with man, nor woman with woman

Immorality shall be destroyed

For I shall ride upon the clouds and my sword shall slay the wicked both high and low both rich and poor

I shall make the faithful as bold and fearless as lions

They shall carry my sword in their mouths

The word of truth shall be found on their lips and in their hearts

My church shall arise from among the nations

Those who claim to worship me yet practice sorcery and witchcraft shall be among the first to be cast down

There shall be a rising and a falling within the church

Keep watch and do not be deceived

For I shall ride out into the world

and slay the wicked, the idolater, the prostitute and the harlot.

Yet my bride shall be clothed in glory and holiness, her beauty shall be unsurpassed

She shall be adorned in the finest of cloth and her garments shall be be as white as snow.

See, even now the feast is ready

Come, let the doors be flung wide open

Let the tables be prepared, for the groom is ready to take His bride into His chamber

He shall dance with His bride for he has covered her with His cloak of protection since before the foundation of earth

Let all the earth shout praises to the Lord of Heavens armies

For He shall appear to many and a multitude shall be brought into the feast

Amen

God's Covenent with priests. A warning

Malachi 2 :5-6

⁵ “The purpose of my covenant with the Levites was to bring life and peace, and that is what I gave them. This required reverence from them, and they greatly revered me and stood in awe of my name.

⁶ They passed on to the people the truth of the instructions they received from me. They did not lie or cheat; they walked with me, living good and righteous lives, and they turned many from lives of sin.

 

You who claim to be prophet or priest!

You who lead and guide!

Do you seek money and ignore the commands of God?

Do you misrepresent my name?

Do you break God's moral law and teach others to do the same?

Your speach is seasoned with salt, yet your heart is far from me.

Turn from your evil ways

Repent of your deeds and seek salvation.

You have led many astray and have filled them with lies and corruption 

You use intimidation, deception and control

Are you not a servant of satan

You have spoken false hope and shattered the dreams of those who trust you

Listen to my words says the Lord of Hosts 

I shall bring ruin and disaster upon those who have led many astray.

Those who have exploited the poor and weak and become rich shall lose everything they own.

They will become the very thing they despise

They will become weak, powerless and alone 

Their deeds will ever be before them 

Make no mistake I shall discipline them says the lord.

I shall rise up from among the remnant a holy and righteous people 

I will fill them with mercy and grace 

And after a time, they will restore you to faith

Yet hear my words, the first shall be last and the last shall be first 

I shall re-order the kingdoms of the earth.

Those who have strength and might shall become weak and powerless

See I have ordered a reversal.

All things will soon be complete 

Amen

 

Love unfathomable

Love, unfathomable love

Peace, everlasting peace

Joy, unspeakable joy

Hope, unending hope

Laughter, infectious laughter

Dance, exuberant dance

Singing, ecstatic singing

Provision, lasting provision

Blessing, always blessing

Thinking, righteous thinking

Saving, timely saving

Favour ,undeserved favour

Psalm 91 : for those in deep darkness

Psalm 91 

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.

I will say of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust." 

Surely he will save you from the fowler's snare and from the deadly pestilence.

He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.

You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day,

nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday.

A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you.

You will observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked. 

If you make the Most High your dwelling-- even the LORD, who is my refuge--

then no harm will befall you, no disaster will come near your tent.

For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways;

they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.

You will tread upon the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent. 

"Because he loves me," says the LORD, "I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.

He will call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.

With long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation." 

 

Dear friend,

The Lord Himself has led you to these words because He desires to move you from darkness to light.

You thought you could dip your toe into the darkness and still pull back but it dragged you in completely.

God Himself has seen you, for He planned long ago before the foundation of the earth to bring you from the depths of darkness into His glorious light.

Make no mistake there is an open heaven over you right now, wherever you are, however deep you have gone. 

You have drunk deeply of hell's fountain and have immersed yourself in darkness and have lost your soul ,but God Himself intercedes for you.

Hear what the Lord is saying  to you

I am here with you right now to open the way back to the light.

 Acknowledge that you have tried to carve out your own path and have lost your way. 

I tell you, you are closer to me right now this moment, than you have ever been, for I am right there with you. Ask me to open your eyes and I shall make myself known to you.

I shall speak to you and declare righeousness over you, for you have placed your trust in me.

See, I shall grant to you power from on high. Be true to me and my word and there will come a time when you shall declare my word to the nations. 

The nations are unyeilding as a rock, but see, I shall make you a force to be reckoned with, for my power in all its fullness will work through you.

You shall learn to partner with me. You shall develop the mind of Christ. My thoughts shall be your thoughts. We shall be as one.

I shall grant you a ministry the like of which the world has not seen. 

You shall be a doer of great deeds.

You shall not fear the snake or the scorpion for I have granted you the power to crush them under your feet.

I am moving in your midst says the Lord.

All the earth will see me for I shall make myself known.

You will fear no man, for I have given you a holy boldness that comes with knowing me.

You shall be as bold as a lion but as gentle as a lamb.

You shall embody the heart of the lion of Judah and the heart of the lamb.

Both Justice and Peace shall be you portions says the Lord. 

In the course of time I shall cause you to speak with my voice. 

Through me you shall become a voice that speaks to the kings of the earth.

 Amen

 

 

I am your healer and provider

My child,
 
I am the God who created the heavens and the earth.  
 
I spoke and the world sprang forth
 
It is I who set the planets in their orbits and encircle the sphere of the earth with clouds.
 
You are majestic and awesome o lord.
 
You are high and lifted up
 
You are creator, redeemer and baptiser.  
 
I chose you to be my friend before the foundation of the earth and
 
I shall provide says the lord
 
I shall be with you says the lord
 
I shall move among you  
 
And cause great fear to come among the enemies of God  
 
These coming days shall prove to be of great value for you.  
 
For I shall fashion a new thing in you  
 
No longer shall hardship or lack be evident in your life
 
There shall be a harvest the like of which you cannot perceive or imagine
 
Souls shall come to you, they shall arrive in droves
